MachGuard, our custom built guarding solution, provides perimeter fencing and nip point guarding for manufacturing plant, conveyors, and machinery.

We can also supply and install barriers, bollards, pedestrian separation, handrails, platforms, and ladders.

Our MachGuard solutions are manufactured right at home in our engineering workshop – Mach3.  We have 3D CAD system capabilities which enable us to demonstrate the concept before manufacture including overlaying the concept over photos of the area to ensure your expectations are met.

MachGuard is designed and manufactured to suit your specific requirements and before we start work we take a four-step approach:

  1. Provide practical and cost-effective solutions for guarding
  2. Consult with those involved to ensure maximised production
  3. Ensure that maintenance and diagnostics can still be carried out
  4. Ensure it complies with the AS/NZ 4024 safety standard
